We do not have credit card facilities, we rely on bank transfers to our account. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for making reservations. The balance of payment should be received by us no later than 3 months prior to the arrival date.

Please note that all cancellations should be made in writing or by email. Our cancellation policy is as follows.

• Within 3 months of arrival, we refund 75%
• Within 2 months of arrival, we refund 50%
• Within 1 month of arrival no refund

Comfortable casual clothing is suitable throughout the year. Layers of clothing are most practical for fluctuating days and night temperatures in Botswana. The most practical items are:

• Long sleeves, long trousers, and closed shoes
• Light clothing is preferable during the day especially in the summer months e.g. T-shirts, Shorts,
• Fleece or Sweaters, a warm jacket due for cold nights during the winter season.
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Choose clothes with natural colors
• Also bring: Sun block, lip balm, sunglasses, hat, and swimsuit
• Insect repellent, camera, binoculars
• South African plug electrical adaptor
• We also advise you to check your passport and travel documents before leaving and make sure they are valid.
